Great news, Carbonetics does international shipping!

We are located in Wetherill Park, NSW and now ship to most countries. If you are a potential international customer and your country doesn’t come up on the shipping options section or the price is too expensive please email sales@carbonetics.net to explore international shipping arrangements.

Product Dispatch

All products are either in-stock, or made-to-order.

Should your product be in stock, you should expect your product to be dispatched post-order confirmation within 1-5 business days (depending on product, time of year, container dispatch). 

If your product is made-to-order eta Timeframes for product dispatch from the warehouse will vary depending on our production and shipment schedules. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details. 

We will keep you notified on your product's status and ensure that once our products are received at the warehouse and processed, it is promptly shipped to you directly.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times and dates provided by Carbonetics are estimates only and not a term of contract. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery specifics online or contacted us.

Customers located in regional areas may experience slight delays in receiving products due to difficulties in logistics.

Shipping methods: Depending on the delivery location, the best delivery option will be selected. We use a large array of couriers including but not limited to Northline, Couriers Please, DHL, FEDEX, UPS. 

Carbonetics is not liable for any loss or damage in respect of any delay in delivery.

Customs & International Orders

• Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and taxes.

• Failure to respond to courier/customs may cause delays, storage fees, or return costs (buyer’s responsibility).

Returns & Damage Claims

• Inspect goods immediately on arrival.

• Report damage to both courier and Carbonetics within 24 hours with photos.

• Courier delays, holidays, and end-of-year shutdowns (Dec 20 – Jan 20) may affect timelines.

• Click & Collect: items must be collected within 3 weeks or storage fees apply.
