Order Status HubWe have a click and collect service available or warehouse pick up option on our website, you can select this option at checkout.
Once your order is ready to collect you will be sent an email, this is usually 1-5 working days after payment is taken or product has arrived and processed.
Note: You will need to be able to confirm some order details or show ID to pick up your products.
Carbonetics would manufacture products for every make and model of car, but unfortunetley this is not seomthing we can offer. We often choose cars based off demand, purchasing behaviour, new releases and availability. If you believe there is a large interest in products for your particular model, you are part of a group/society looking to do a group by or want to create prototypes, please gather some evidence and email us.

Carbonetics insists on professional installation for all products to guarantee a most optimal result.
The customer understands that all products may require alterations in order for the most optimal fitment such as Prepping, Trimming, Cutting, Sanding, Additions and any Fiberglass/Carbon Work that is needed as part of installation.
Carbonetics does not guarantee OEM fitment for any parts supplied unless stated otherwise.
All fibreglass and portion carbon products will require some form of Prepping, Trimming, Cutting, Sanding, Additions and Painting work before installation on the car.
Please note: Every individual product and vehicles is different with many factors to take into consideration such as; age, condition, warping, previous accidents/repairs, structural deviations, environmental damage, pre-existing damage, rust etc.
Therefore, adjustments to Carbonetics products and your vehicle will have to be made to cater for this. Certain products will require painting in order to match the aesthetic of the buyer's vehicle (portion carbon, carbon or fibreglass).
The products will not fit like an OEM factory supplied part as we supply aftermarket parts that are handmade.

Our carbon fibre products are real carbon fibre! We do not do any products that are carbon look, wrapped or dipped (except Maxton Designs products as carbon look is a product option direct from Maxton)

Restock = These items are best sellers and customer favourites that are now back in stock. These items sell out very quickly so keep an eye out!

Visa/MasterCard
Complete your payment through your Visa or MasterCard and have your order processed immediately. Your card needs to be valid and pass all fraud checks in order for payment to be successful.
AfterPay/ZipPay
Buy Now, and Pay Later with Carbonetics' two Payment Plan partners in AfterPay and ZipPay/Money. Both payment providers are interest free and allow you to deposit money in instalments rather than a full lump sum. Dependent on your lifestyle and circumstances this may be a good option for you. All you need to do is create an account!
Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
This payment method is ONLY available for customers who are looking to pick up items from the Wetherill Park workshop. Full amount MUST be provided, otherwise the item will not be handed over to the customer.
Bank Transfer
Payments made by bank transfer MUST be completed within 48 hours once an order has been submitted. Otherwise your order will be voided, and you will have to undergo the purchase process again. Please see below our bank details:

These items are in stock! Meaning you can snatch them up and have them sent to you asap.
Carbonetics would love to be hold multiple copies of every item in stock but unfortunately we cannot. We give our customers the option to pre-order or purchase a made to order item. This gives the customer flexibility to order a product in advance so they are able to plan their build. This also means that your item is made specifically for your order and your order only.

Order Status HubIn this current logistic and courier climate, many factors play a role in the process. Delays and congestion are now a comment element of all couriers across Australia and internationally post Covid-19. We do our very best to get the parcel out to you as fast as we can. Once your item is with a courier or on route Carbonetics has very little influence or say beyond this point. We recommend you reaching out to the courier and using your tracking number to ask for clarification or any issues. You may also reach out to Carbonetics and we can also follow up on your behalf.
You will receive an email with your tracking number notifying you that your package has been dispatched and on its way. Please allow 12-24 hours for your tracking number to be updated from the couriers system.
