Thank you for choosing Carbonetics to be part of your dream car build.

With an extensive range of products available across a wide variety of vehicle manufacturers, it simply isn’t possible for us to keep every item in stock at all times. To give our customers greater flexibility and access to our full range, selected products are available on a made-to-order basis.

If the item you’re looking for is not currently in stock, you don’t need to wait for the next restock. You can place your order at any time, and your product will be manufactured specifically for your order.

Every made-to-order product follows a structured process, moving through production, quality control, logistics and final dispatch preparation before making its way to you.

Our team always works to complete orders as efficiently as possible without compromising the quality and finish expected from Carbonetics.

Made-to-order and pre-order products:

The currently have an estimated timeframe of 60–120 business days. This can vary depending on the product, manufacturing complexity, quality control requirements and logistics. Please note that public holidays and end-of-year shutdown periods are not included within this timeframe.

Maxton Design products:

The current estimated timeframe if they are not in stock and need to be ordered in would be 2-9 weeks. Depending on our distributor stock levels at the time of order. 

We understand that these parts are often an important piece of a much bigger build, and we appreciate your patience while your order moves through each stage of the process.

Product Finish & Preparation

Fibreglass and partial carbon products, including fibreglass-backed carbon components, are supplied in a raw or unfinished state unless otherwise stated and will require preparation prior to installation and/or painting.

Products are not colour-matched or painted unless specifically stated. Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the final product.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the correct product, material, specifications and vehicle compatibility before purchase.

Fitment & Installation

Fibreglass, partial carbon and carbon fibre components may require professional preparation or adjustment for optimal fitment. This can include trimming, sanding, filling, priming, drilling or modifying mounting points, adhesives, minor alignment adjustments or additional bodywork.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, OEM-level fitment is not guaranteed.

All products must be test-fitted and professionally prepared before painting, wrapping or final installation.
