At present, we only ship within Australia, out of our warehouse in Wetherill Park, NSW. If you are a potential international customer, please email sales@carbonetics.net to explore international shipping arrangements.

Product Dispatch

Once your item is ready to leave our warehouse, we will prepare it for dispatch and provide tracking where available.

For in-stock items, dispatch occurs as soon as possible after the order is processed. 1-4 business days depending on season and business operations

For made-to-order or pre-order items, dispatch occurs once production is complete, quality control has been passed, and the product is ready for shipment.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is managed by the courier or freight provider. Carbonetics is not responsible for courier delays, depot delays, weather events, peak-season congestion, or other third-party logistics delays.

Shipping & Delivery

Carbonetics offers both in-stock and made-to-order / pre-order products.

In-stock items are dispatched from our warehouse once the order has been processed and prepared. Delivery times vary depending on your location, courier availability, and freight conditions.

Estimated delivery after dispatch within Australia:

Metro areas: approximately 2–7 business days
Regional areas: up to 14 business days or longer

Made-to-order / pre-order items are produced specifically for your order and follow a process that includes production, quality control, logistics, and dispatch preparation.

Estimated timeframes:

Carbonetics made-to-order / pre-order items: 12–28 weeks
Average completion time: generally 14–20 weeks
Maxton Design products: approximately 6–9 weeks

All ETAs are estimates only and may be affected by production requirements, quality control, freight delays, courier congestion, public holidays, seasonal periods, or circumstances outside of Carbonetics’ control.

International Shipping: 

Carbonetics can assist with international shipping on selected orders.

Due to the size and nature of many automotive body parts, sea freight is generally the most practical and cost-effective option for larger international orders. Freight can take 45-120 days to arrive via sea freight after product is made. 

Air freight may be available on request, depending on the product, size, destination, and freight cost.

International customers are responsible for customs communication, port authority requirements, local courier contact, duties, taxes, storage fees, non-collection issues, return-to-sender costs, and any re-shipping fees.

Cancellation Policy

Please review your order carefully before placing it, especially for made-to-order, pre-order, special order, custom, or allocated incoming stock items.

Once a made-to-order or pre-order item has entered processing, allocation, or production, it is generally not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind, selling the vehicle, the vehicle being written off, change of build direction, incorrect product choice, installation costs, freight costs, timeline preference, or change in personal circumstances.

Refund or cancellation requests are assessed case by case through our post-purchase support process and are generally only considered where there is a verified major fault or approved issue with the product.
