- Made-to-Order
- Out-of-Stock
If your item is made-to-order, or out-of-stock, the following procedures are taken as per our T&Cs:
1. A customer is eligible for a full refund until confirmation that they want the made-to-order/out-of-stock item to be put into production. An order with neither be cancelled or placed into pre-order until a reply is given by the customer via email.
2. Once the item is put into production, the item’s ETA is 120 Days. During the production period any refund is liable to a 20% Cancellation Fee. The 120 Day period begins once the customer has APPROVED production to commence.
3. Should the item not be at the warehouse or in transit to your address by the 120th Day, you are eligible for a full refund of the item in question.
